In 2022, Freddie Riego started a corporation, naming it Lend 4 You. From the beginning, our mission has been to better serve borrowers looking for various mortgage programs to fit their needs. Lend 4 You is a mortgage broker licensed in California, Idaho, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
Before starting Lend For You, Freddie spent over 30 years honing his skills in the banking industry. On August 16, 2023, Freddie received an award from the California Legislature Assembly for his talents, managerial skills, and integrity shown while working as a President of Mortgage and Banking Services.
Lend For You serves as a mortgage broker between borrowers and our large approved network of direct lenders. As an intermediary, we don’t provide direct lending services ourselves. Instead, we have unmatched access to a variety of lenders and other financial connections to help our customers find suitable investors or secure loan approvals.
